An international organisation is seeking an interim Project Lead to take ownership of an ongoing global Travel & Expense transformation programme. The assignment focuses on ensuring delivery continuity, driving business readiness, and supporting the successful rollout of a new travel and expense operating model across multiple regions. Our client is an internationally operating organisation undertaking a global transformation of its travel and expense processes, systems, controls and employee experience across multiple regions.

The responsibilities include: completing a structured programme handover and establishing delivery priorities; maintaining an integrated delivery plan covering milestones, risks and dependencies; coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to secure decisions and resolve issues; leading implementation partner governance and challenging scope, estimates and commitments; delivering business readiness activities including testing, cutover and go-live preparation; creating and executing communication, training and stakeholder engagement plans; establishing sustainable controls, reporting processes and operational ownership; and transferring knowledge and supporting a successful transition to business-as-usual operations.

The profile requires proven experience delivering Travel & Expense transformation or rollout programmes (mandatory), practical SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementation experience (preferred), strong project and change management expertise within complex international environments, experience managing external implementation partners and multiple stakeholders, and excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including employee communications and leadership presentations.

Experience within regulated industries is advantageous. The offer includes a start date ASAP, hours of 32-40 per week, location Zuid-Holland, and an estimated duration of 6 months.
