PSO Project Support Office junior

PSO is part of the PMO team. As a PSO, you will be responsible for supporting project managers with their reporting duties. You will coordinate with the various departments (Bids & projects, Sales & Marketing, Finances and Engineering) to consolidate data. You will be responsible for maintaining and creating certain Power BI reports.

Main responsibilities include: project coordination — assisting project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, supporting scheduling and resource allocation, participating as needed in progress meetings and bid and project reviews, producing and analyzing data related to revenues, milestones, cashflow, actuals and estimated at completion, contributing to the adjustment of processes, instructions, and guidelines to the context of the offer or project; documentation and knowledge management — supporting project managers over project documentation, ensuring project documentation is completed, stored, and easily accessible, facilitating knowledge transfer and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle; reporting and communication — developing and distributing project status reports to stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels among team members; tool management — maintaining and supporting the use of PMO tools, helping implement new tools, maintaining PowerBI reports, and creating new PowerBI reports.

Profile: you hold a bachelor of economics, engineering, computer science; you have already acquired experience as PSO, PMO or PM position; you are analytical, autonomous and rigorous with an ability linked to innovation; you are able to merge data to present and explain them in a synthetic manner; you have strong oral and written communication skills; you have a good knowledge of Power BI and one of the following is considered as an asset: Microsoft Project, background in PPM tools (Planisware, PlanView, …); you are curious to discover new tools and open to use any PPM tools; you are fluent in both French and English (read, written and spoken).
