Omschrijving

Als QA Officer ondersteun je diverse Quality Assurance-activiteiten binnen een GMP-gereguleerde farmaceutische of biotechomgeving. Je draagt bij aan het behandelen van afwijkingen en CAPA's, root cause investigations, validatie- en kwalificatieactiviteiten en het beoordelen van kwaliteitsdocumentatie. Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens vastgestelde kwaliteitssystemen en schakelt effectief met verschillende interne en cross-functionele stakeholders. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

- Ondersteunen bij het behandelen en onderzoeken van GMP-afwijkingen. - Bijdragen aan het opstellen, implementeren en opvolgen van CAPA's. - Ondersteunen van root cause investigations met passende onderzoeksmethodieken. - Deelnemen aan validatie- en kwalificatieactiviteiten. - Beoordelen van GMP-documentatie op juistheid en compliance. - Ondersteunen van Quality Assurance-activiteiten binnen farmaceutische of biotechproductie. - Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen rondom kwaliteits- en compliancevraagstukken. - Zorgdragen voor een correcte en volledige documentatie van kwaliteitsactiviteiten.

Functie-eisen

- Een relevante bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig niveau binnen een wetenschappelijke, farmaceutische of technische richting. - Aantoonbare ervaring binnen een GMP-gereguleerde - Sterke ervaring met deviations, CAPA's en root cause investigations. - Ervaring met validatie en kwalificatie. - Ervaring met het beoordelen van GMP-documentatie. - Goede kennis van GMP-principes en kwaliteitssystemen. - Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Role Description We are looking for a Mechanical Systems Engineer to manage and support critical utility systems, ensuring reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to engineering projects involving system upgrades, design, and installation. Responsibilities - Own and manage utility systems such as HVAC, chillers, and compressed air throughout their lifecycle. - Support troubleshooting and unplanned maintenance activities. - Improve maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance tasks, and system reliability. - Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring failures. - Act as the system owner for Maximo CMMS. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers on system upgrades and installation projects. - Ensure projects meet required quality, budget, and timeline standards. Requirements - Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. - Experience with utility systems, preferably HVAC, chillers, or compressed air. - Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems (NEN 3140) and building management systems is a plus. - Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call duties, approximately once or twice per month. - Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
