Als QA Specialist ondersteun en verbeter je het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid. Je werkt nauw samen met productie en andere stakeholders op het gebied van audits, afwijkingen, klachten, CAPA, documentatie en continue verbetering. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

- Beheren en verbeteren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. - Uitvoeren van interne audits en ondersteunen bij externe audits en inspecties. - Onderzoeken van afwijkingen, klachten en kwaliteitstrends. - Ondersteunen bij root cause analyses en CAPA. - Bewaken van naleving van wetgeving en voedselveiligheidsstandaarden. - Beheren van procedures, werkinstructies en kwaliteitsdocumentatie. - Adviseren van Production en Operations over kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid. - Monitoren van kwaliteits-KPI's en rapporteren van resultaten. - Coördineren van kwaliteitsissues met betrekking tot leveranciers en grondstoffen.

Vereisten

- HBO-opleiding in Levensmiddelentechnologie, Chemie, Biologie of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 2 jaar QA-ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen FMCG/food, idealiter zuivel. - Kennis van HACCP, BRCGS, IFS en/of FSSC 22000. - Ervaring met audits, afwijkingen en continue verbetering. - Sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden. - Vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels. - Proactief, flexibel en in staat om goed te prioriteren en schakelen. - Sterke communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden. - Zowel zelfstandig als goed in teamverband kunnen werken.
