QA Validation Specialist

The Company: Our client is an international organisation operating in the food and nutrition industry, with a strong focus on producing high-quality ingredients and nutritional products for customers worldwide. Quality, food safety and continuous improvement are central to its operations.

About the Role: As a QA Validation Specialist, you will play an important role in maintaining and improving the validation management system at the production site in Beilen. Working within the Local Quality Assurance team, you will act as the main point of contact for validation-related matters and represent Quality Assurance in technical, engineering and packaging projects.

Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve the validation management system and related documentation. - Represent Quality Assurance in validation activities, technical projects and packaging projects. - Develop, execute and periodically review the Site Validation Master Plan. - Translate quality policies and requirements into practical procedures and documentation. - Advise employees and management on quality, food safety and quality management systems. - Support and verify CAPA activities and change management processes. - Conduct internal audits and support external audits. - Provide training on quality and food safety topics. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned quality-related topics. - Monitor developments in quality standards and regulations and translate them into practical improvements.

Requirements: - HBO or academic working and thinking level. - Several years of experience within the food, dairy or pharmaceutical industry. - Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC, GMP+ and relevant quality and food safety regulations. - Proven experience with validation processes and quality management systems. - Experience working on cross-functional projects. - Familiarity with systems such as SharePoint, SAP, KMS and MS Office. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Able to work independently and confidently advise different levels of the organisation.
