Eisen

Quality Control bij Airbus Netherlands B.V. in Leiden. Het betreft een detachering-functie voor 40 uur per week met een looptijd van 12 maanden. Reageren kan tot vrijdag 27 november 2026, 22:00.

Position: Job title: Quality Assurance Engineer.

Hours: 40 hours per week (minimum 3 days on-site).

Location: Leiden (possible move to Oegstgeest).

Contract: 1 year deta-vast with possibility of permanent employment. Detachering only, no freelance.

Role: As a Quality Assurance Engineer you ensure production processes, products and supplier deliveries meet required quality and technical standards. You identify and manage non-conformities, coordinate solutions with Engineering, Production, AIT and suppliers, and contribute to continuous improvement of product quality. This is a hands-on role requiring initiative, clear communication and ownership of quality issues.

Responsibilities: Monitor and control quality processes during production and integration; Identify, report and coordinate resolution of non-conformities; Work closely with Engineering, Production, AIT, Product Assurance, Safety and suppliers to resolve quality issues; Perform inspections on supplier deliveries, production parts and finished products; Review production-related documentation, drawings and quality records; Coordinate and participate in quality reviews, including Manufacturing and Test Reviews; Monitor supplier quality and support continuous improvement; Prepare quality reports and maintain quality documentation in the relevant systems; Support Product Assurance activities and contribute to successful project delivery; Intervene when production processes do not meet required quality standards.

Your profile: MBO+/HBO or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 3–5 years relevant experience in Quality Assurance or a technical production environment; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Proactive, hands-on and independent working style; Ability to critically assess processes, documentation and technical issues; Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage; Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage; Ability to understand technical documentation and drawings; Experience in aerospace/space is an advantage but not essential; Living within approximately 45 minutes of the location (minimum three days per week on-site).
