Volledige omschrijving
Quality Engineer X3 at Johnson & Johnson, located in Sassenheim (Hybrid working - 3 to 4 days onsite), duration 12 months, 40 hours per week. This role focuses on quality requirements and process optimisation within a global healthcare leader. Reporting to a Senior Supervisor/Manager, you will be acquainted with the annual company and division goals and aware of how you can influence these through your performance. As an experienced support individual contributor, you will execute tasks that are both routine and not routine, organise Quality activities associated with team deliverables, assemble and lead the team required for quality records, escalate issues and risks as required, and maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
Responsibilities include: demonstrating Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo, understanding and complying with the Code of Business Conduct, performing nonconformance investigations including CAPA records and leading change controls, reviewing documentation, maintaining procedures, initiating risk mitigations and continuous quality improvement projects, performing regular GEMBA walks, supporting audits and inspections, conducting data analysis on recurring non-conformances, and demonstrating effective communication skills.
Requirements: a relevant HBO degree with 3 years relevant experience, English B2 language level required, computer proficiency (intermediate MS Office, routine data analysis, specialist business applications), positive attitude, proactivity, decisiveness, organisation, stress-resistance, accuracy, flexibility, accountability, analytical thinking, effective prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, previous experience with change controls or quality investigations, transparent feedback, and team coordination.
The role offers a very competitive hourly rate and a 12-month contract.
