Quality Supplier Manager | ASML

Quality Supplier Manager | ASML (Veldhoven, detachering, 40 uur per week, €6.500 per maand). Ensure seamless continuity during the factory ramp-up as a Quality Supplier Manager at ASML. You shield global manufacturing from quality issues while driving continuous improvement across key electronics and machine conditioning suppliers. In this role, you act as the safeguard for ASML high-tech manufacturing, managing non-managed suppliers within the Electronics and Machine Conditioning domains.

During this critical ramp-up phase, you prevent quality deviations from reaching production lines, avoiding costly downtime. You tackle immediate operational quality issues and lead structural improvements using methodologies like 8D. As an authority in Quality Management Systems, you set the standard, coach team members, and drive process enhancements across department boundaries.

Responsibilities: Direct operational quality management for electronics and machine conditioning suppliers. Lead root cause analyses via 8D methodologies to prevent recurring defects. Guide, mentor, and build capabilities among peer specialists and cross-functional teams. Oversee complex audits, inspections, and risk management initiatives. Align solutions with internal ASML stakeholders and external supplier counterparts.

Functie-eisen: You are successful if... You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering. Proven success managing complex supplier relationships and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced matrix organization. You have proven professional experience in Quality Management Systems and quality control practices. You have demonstrated experience leading 8D problem-solving methodologies and root cause analyses.

You possess fluent professional English communication skills.
