Omschrijving
Reporting Analyst a.i. – Amsterdam. Support the delivery of a new financial and operational reporting workstream, producing management reports, forecasts, KPI analysis, and business insights. This interim assignment requires advanced Excel and analytical skills to build reporting infrastructure, maintain data quality, and support decision-making across a real estate-focused environment. The client is a prominent European real estate platform with significant presence in urban logistics, managing a substantial portfolio across multiple countries. Responsibilities: prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packs with analysis, commentary, and management insights; deliver financial and operational performance reporting; support management reporting including P&L and NOI analysis; produce CapEx reporting; manage reporting on tenancy schedules, leasing activity, move-outs, and retention metrics; develop occupancy forecasts and monitor KPIs; ensure data quality and build/enhance Excel-based reporting models; support design of scalable reporting processes; leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to improve efficiency. Essential requirements: proven experience in reporting, financial analysis, business analysis or similar; advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modelling, complex formulas, pivot tables, and large dataset management; strong PowerPoint and presentation skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities; experience producing management reporting and translating data into actionable insights; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
