Omschrijving
Interim S&OP Specialist for a 6-month freelance mission in the food industry, located in East Flanders, Belgium. Start in October 2026, duration 6 months, contract type freelance/interim, working on-site. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating the S&OP process across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement and Finance; driving the monthly S&OP cycle ensuring alignment between demand, supply, inventory and financial objectives; reviewing and challenging demand forecasts; coordinating supply planning and identifying potential constraints; analysing forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels and other key supply-chain KPIs; preparing and facilitating S&OP meetings with stakeholders and senior management; providing recommendations and scenarios; identifying process improvements; bringing structure and discipline; coaching and mentoring the planning team; acting as a hands-on sparring partner; and ensuring sustainable processes and knowledge transfer before assignment completion.
