Eisen
- Good written and spoken English
- Completed higher professional education in a technical discipline
- HVK qualification
- Good written and spoken Dutch
- Strong knowledge of Permit to Work, TRA, LOTOTO and LMRA
- Able to engage effectively with both shopfloor employees and management
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Hands on and proactive approach
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a comparable SHE or safety position

The Company: An international organization operating in the food and manufacturing sector, with a strong focus on safe production, operational excellence and continuous improvement. The Borculo site offers a hands on industrial environment where safety management and effective collaboration across operational teams are key priorities.
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SHE Specialist for a temporary assignment in Borculo. The key objective is to further develop and implement the site Safety Management System, with particular focus on Permit to Work, TRA, LOTOTO and LMRA. You will work closely with different departments to develop procedures and work instructions and translate safety requirements into practical implementation. You will also support training development and practical guidance around the digital Unite X work permit system.
Responsibilities: - Further develop and implement the Safety Management System VBS - Improve Permit to Work processes - Improve and implement TRA, LOTOTO and LMRA practices - Develop safety procedures and work instructions together with relevant departments - Support implementation of ARIE related safety requirements - Work with the external training provider to create training materials and OPLs - Provide practical guidance and support to employees using the Unite X digital work permit system - Work closely with stakeholders from the shopfloor through to management - Support the practical implementation of improved safety processes across the Borculo site.
