Sales Support Officer

Job Description: As a Sales Support Officer, you will support customer and sales processes across Sales, Supply Chain and Operations, with a focus on pricing, rebates, customer performance and issue resolution. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage operational activities and contribute to improving and standardizing processes.

Responsibilities: Support customer and sales processes, including pricing, rebates, contracts, samples and customer-related requests. Monitor customer service KPIs, identify performance gaps and coordinate actions with relevant stakeholders. Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics and other internal teams to resolve operational issues. Prepare performance updates, reports and action trackers to support effective decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve, standardize and streamline customer and sales processes. Act as a key point of contact for customer-related topics and support ongoing projects and process improvements.

Requirements: HBO-level education or equivalent practical experience; MBO+ may be considered with relevant experience. 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Support, Customer Collaboration, Supply Chain or a similar role. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Planning or Logistics. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive, flexible and hands-on approach, comfortable working in a developing environment with changing processes.

Strong English communication skills; Dutch or French is a plus depending on the focus area.
