Salesforce Technical Consultant

Eswelt is urgently searching for a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant for one of its clients. This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who is technically strong in the Salesforce platform and comfortable working directly with business stakeholders. The consultant will analyse complex requirements, identify root causes and translate these into scalable Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities include configuring and optimizing Salesforce Service Cloud, translating business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions, analysing complex issues and performing root cause analysis, guiding stakeholders through solution design and implementation, supporting testing, delivery and continuous platform improvements, advising on Salesforce best practices and scalable solutions, and contributing to initiatives around Salesforce AI / Agentforce.

Requirements: senior Salesforce Consultant / Technical Consultant with strong hands-on Service Cloud experience, technically strong within the Salesforce platform, able to bridge business and technology, experience with complex enterprise Salesforce environments, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work independently and hit the ground running. Salesforce AI / Agentforce experience is highly preferred. The contract is a freelance/interim role for 16 hours per week, with a duration of 6 months with option to extend, start is ASAP, hybrid with approximately 1 day per week on-site, language is English, and the location is Velsen.
