We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO/FICA Specialist to play a key role in the design, optimisation and transformation of enterprise finance systems within a complex global environment. This position sits within a finance technology team responsible for SAP S/4HANA and related financial platforms, driving the digitalisation and simplification of finance processes.

The successful candidate will act as a solution owner for finance initiatives, working closely with finance stakeholders, architects, developers and business teams to design scalable SAP solutions. You will support ongoing financial transformation programmes, optimise existing processes and lead the delivery of new capabilities across SAP Finance and Contract Accounting landscapes. This role offers significant exposure to enterprise-wide projects, stakeholder management and modern SAP technologies including S/4HANA, SAP RISE, FICA and BRIM.

Key Responsibilities: Own SAP Finance projects from design through go-live and hypercare. Design scalable SAP FICO and FICA solutions aligned to business objectives. Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and challenge requirements. Configure and optimise SAP Finance functionality across multiple modules. Support finance transformation initiatives within S/4HANA programmes. Create solution design, functional specification and configuration documentation.

Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT and deployment support. Analyse incidents and deliver root cause resolution. Drive process improvements and SAP best practices. Support integrations with legacy systems and digital platforms. Deliver training for key users and business stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, IT and Development.

Required Experience: 8+ years' SAP Finance experience with strong hands-on configuration expertise. Extensive SAP FICO implementation and support experience. Experience defining Global Templates and Enterprise Structures. Strong SAP S/4HANA project delivery experience. Hands-on SAP RISE (Private Cloud Edition) expertise. At least one end-to-end SAP FICA or SAP BRIM implementation. Strong integration experience between SAP Finance and external platforms.

Experience working with senior business stakeholders in global organisations.

Technical Requirements / Tools: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BRIM / Convergent Invoicing, SAP RISE Private Cloud Edition, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), Bank Communication Management (BCM).

Preferred Experience: Experience within high-volume transaction environments. Exposure to digital finance transformation programmes. Experience supporting complex international organisations. Strong presentation and executive stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of finance reporting and analytics frameworks.
