Profiel van de geschikte interim professional: Proven track record managing SAP technical projects, preferably in an S/4HANA environment; Proven track record in SAP upgrades, migrations or technical transformation projects; Broad knowledge of SAP technical areas, including Basis, infrastructure, security, integrations, data migration and testing; Strong stakeholder and project management skills within complex, international settings; Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing dependencies, risks and issues; Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities; Strong command of English, both written and spoken; Combination of strong technical background and solid project management experience.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden: Lead complex SAP upgrade, migration and modernization projects, including the following activities: Plan and steer SAP technical projects such as S/4HANA upgrades and migrations; Oversee technical workstreams spanning SAP Basis, infrastructure, security, integrations, data migration and testing; Align dependencies between technical teams and project stakeholders; Ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements; Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies; Direct project governance, reporting and progress monitoring; Work closely together with internal teams, SAP experts, business stakeholders and external implementation partners; Report on project progress, risks and technical matters to stakeholders; Contribute to ongoing modernisation of the SAP landscape.
