Eisen
- Demonstrated success managing stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related business processes.

Omschrijving
The client is one of the Netherlands’ biggest dairy products manufacturers who is also active globally. As a Site Deployment Lead, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program across manufacturing sites. Acting as the bridge between the central project team and local business operations, you will ensure that each site is prepared for deployment, aligned with program objectives, and ready to adopt new processes and systems. This position requires a combination of operational manufacturing expertise, stakeholder management, change leadership, and ERP deployment experience. You will support all phases of site readiness, including testing, training, cutover preparation, go-live support, and user adoption to ensure a smooth transition to the new operating model. Responsibilities include leading deployment activities at assigned manufacturing sites, coordinating site readiness activities, managing local stakeholder engagement, facilitating testing activities including UAT, organizing end-user training, supporting data migration and master data validation, developing and executing cutover plans, identifying and mitigating deployment risks, providing on-site support during go-live and stabilization periods, monitoring adoption levels and driving change management, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and R&D, and escalating critical issues. Requirements include proven experience leading ERP deployment or business transformation projects in manufacturing environments, involvement in SAP S/4HANA rollouts or site deployment programs, experience in FMCG or process manufacturing, demonstrated stakeholder and change management success, experience coordinating testing, training, and go-live support, strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, knowledge of one or more SAP functional areas such as PP, QM, PM, EWM, or Supply Chain, familiarity with data migration and deployment readiness, understanding of manufacturing systems integrations (MES, OT, SCADA) is advantageous, strong project coordination and communication skills, ability to influence and engage teams, problem-solving and risk management skills, and willingness to travel and provide on-site support during deployment and go-live periods.
