Omschrijving
The client is one of the Netherlands’ biggest dairy products manufacturers who is also active globally. We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead complex SAP transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, and technical modernization programs. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the planning, coordination, and delivery of SAP technical projects across a diverse technology landscape.
You will work closely with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, SAP representatives, and external implementation partners to ensure successful project execution from initiation through go-live. The position requires a strong combination of SAP technical knowledge, project leadership expertise, and stakeholder management capabilities within a global and complex environment. Responsibilities include leading the delivery of SAP technical transformation projects, developing and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance processes, coordinating technical workstreams across SAP Basis, infrastructure, security, integrations, development, data migration, testing, and related technology areas, identifying and resolving cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and project challenges, collaborating with internal teams, business stakeholders, SAP, and external implementation partners, monitoring project progress and ensuring technical deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards, facilitating communication and decision-making between technical and business teams, supporting the ongoing simplification, modernization, and enhancement of FrieslandCampina’s SAP technology landscape, and driving stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels.
Requirements include proven experience as an SAP Technical Project Manager, strong hands-on SAP knowledge, demonstrated success leading SAP system upgrades, migrations, S/4HANA implementations, or large-scale transformation programs, extensive experience in project planning, delivery management, governance, risk management, and issue resolution, ability to manage multiple technical workstreams, excellent stakeholder management skills, strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, ability to translate technical requirements into business objectives, experience in international and matrix organizations, and fluent English communication skills.
