SAP SuccessFactors Architect

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect to lead enterprise HXM solution design and implementations for a long term project in Brussels, Belgium. You will serve as the technical and functional authority, translating business requirements into scalable cloud architectures anchored in Employee Central. Key responsibilities include designing end-to-end architectures, integration strategies, and configurations for multi-module SAP SuccessFactors projects; acting as lead architect for Employee Central (EC) including data models, MDF, business rules, workflows, and position management; architecting workflows across EC and at least two secondary modules (PMGM, RCM, LMS, Compensation, etc.); advising enterprise stakeholders on HR digital transformation, system governance, and SAP best practices; and overseeing integrations via SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/Integration Suite) and third-party systems.

Requirements: mandatory certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central plus at least two additional SF modules; proven track record as a Lead Architect or Senior Consultant delivering full-lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations; professional fluency in both Flemish/Dutch and French is required, and professional English proficiency; and the ability to work on-site in Brussels 2 days per week, with 3 days remote.
