SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

Empiric is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to drive end-to-end program delivery, governance, and stakeholder management for a key initiative in the Netherlands. You will take ownership of full-lifecycle projects for a leading organisation. In this position, you will act as the pivotal leader connecting business stakeholders, HR, IT teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams. You will own project planning, execution, and technical governance, ensuring global template alignment alongside local compliance across key SuccessFactors modules and integrations.

Key responsibilities include: leading end-to-end SuccessFactors projects and programs, owning project planning, execution, budget, RAID logs, KPIs, and steering committee reporting; overseeing implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities across EC, Onboarding, Time Off, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Reporting; governing complex integrations between SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Active Directory, SAP systems, CPI, and third-party applications; and facilitating design reviews, requirement workshops, and executive governance meetings across both onsite and offshore teams.

Requirements: 8+ years of experience in a SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Lead role; proven track record in a client-handling role across hybrid and offshore/onsite delivery models; mandatory English fluency; Dutch language skills are highly preferred; Scrum Master or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is considered a strong advantage. The role is based in Amersfoort, Netherlands with hybrid working, and is a contract/freelance position for 6-9 months plus potential extension.
