SAP Transformation Project Manager

We are partnering with a leading global organization dedicated to innovative technology solutions. Their focus is on modernising and optimizing their SAP landscape to support future growth and efficiency. They are seeking an experienced SAP Transformation Project Manager to lead critical SAP S/4HANA upgrade and migration projects.

In this role, you will oversee and coordinate complex technical projects, ensuring seamless integration and delivery across various SAP systems and related platforms. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering technical transformations that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating SAP system upgrades, migrations, and technical transformation initiatives; managing project dependencies across infrastructure, Basis, security, integrations, development, data migration, and testing teams; collaborating closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, SAP specialists, and external partners to ensure project milestones are met; overseeing project scope, risks, issues, and governance to ensure smooth execution from planning to go-live; facilitating effective communication among all project stakeholders and ensuring alignment of technical activities with business goals; and driving continuous improvement in SAP landscape management and transformation processes.

Requirements include proven experience in SAP technical project management, especially with S/4HANA upgrades and migrations; strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate effectively in complex, international environments; solid understanding of SAP infrastructure, Basis, security, and data migration processes; experience with project planning, risk management, and delivery governance; excellent communication, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset; fluency in English, both written and spoken; and a technical background with extensive project management experience.
