Partners like Schiphol, ASML, Randstad Global, DSM and E-ON rely on us. As Scrum Master & Agile coach, you will work on challenging security projects for clients throughout the Benelux. You implement and configure tailor-made and supplier independent Identity & Access Management solutions. Responsibilities: coach and facilitate teams, solve impediments, stimulate continuous improvement, optimize communication, setup transparent progress reporting, align with Product Owner, support Agile WoW mindset and Scrum framework. Requirements: minimum 5 years experience in IAM & Security in similar role; experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Miro; knowledge of IAM processes (nice to have); PSM; business proficient English and Dutch communication.
