Function: Cybercrime has long been a persistent problem for businesses and citizens. With the rise of new technologies such as AI, cyber threats are becoming bigger and more sophisticated than ever before. We are looking for a hands-on Security Culture & Client Expert who understands that cybersecurity is fundamentally about people and can turn behavioural insights into practical, engaging interventions.

You will manage projects and stakeholders from concept through delivery and evaluation, including security events, team security exercises and Cybersecurity Month October. You combine strong communication and project management skills with knowledge of cybersecurity and behaviour change.

Across these activities, you help strengthen a positive security culture in which secure choices are practical and relevant, and people feel supported and safe to speak up and act. With the following results (SMART) – Deliver necessary AI-enabled risk and cultural interventions for managers and customers. This role will build and deliver some of these interventions (related to ECB requirements). – Explore and research opportunities to improve security culture across management, (client facing) teams and customer environments. – Build and deliver interventions that encourage positive role modelling and create environments where secure choices such as verification and quick reporting are supported, valued, and psychologically safe. – Coordinate our cybersecurity event program. – Manage the Team Security Moments (TSM) concept, aimed to embed security in the daily habits of colleagues.

Both the review and promotion of existing TSM’s as well as the creation and delivery of new TSM’s. – Lead the end-to-end project management, coordination and parts of the execution for Cybersecurity Month October 2027.

Requirements: – Hands-on, proactive and comfortable turning ideas and insights into practical interventions, while contributing directly to their delivery and execution. – Experience in cybersecurity (preferably awareness/education/culture) behavioural change, organizational psychology, learning & development, or a related field. – Proven project management experience. – Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate findings into effective interventions. – Strong communication and presentation skills. – The ability to engage both senior management and employees in both IT and business. – A passion for helping people adopt secure behaviours through positive influence rather than enforcement alone. – Video-editing skills are considered an advantage, professional equipment is available.
