Eisen
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Consulting mindset with comfort in client-facing situations
- Minimum of a bachelor degree
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with the Atlassian ecosystem
- Proven success in designing and implementing complex Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and their integration with Atlassian tools
- PSM I or PSPO I certification
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- 7+ years of experience as an Atlassian consultant or related role
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Ability to bring structure and oversight to complex projects
Wensen
- Fluent in Dutch
- Atlassian certifications (ACP, Jira Administration, etc.)
- Experience in large-scale Agile environments (20+ teams)
