Our client, a leading organization in the environmental public sector, is looking for an experienced analyst to support the modernization of their core dossier management applications. The role focuses on optimizing business processes and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance quality control and operational efficiency through advanced analytics.
Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize complex business processes (BPM) within an IT environment. Develop detailed data models and implement master data management strategies. Translate epics and features into actionable user stories for development teams. Manage diverse stakeholders to ensure project alignment and requirements gathering. Coordinate various project management aspects, including planning, cost estimation, and timing. Utilize PowerBI to generate insights and support data governance initiatives.
Requirements: You possess 8+ years of experience in general business operations applied to the IT field. You bring 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in complex environments. You have 2+ years of experience in project management, focusing on coordination and planning. You're experienced in data modeling and creating reports with PowerBI. You have practical experience with business process management (BPM) and optimization techniques. You possess experience translating epics and features into User Stories.
You bring knowledge of Data Analysis, Master Data Management, and Data Governance. You have experience working with SQL for data retrieval and analysis. You're familiar with Agile development and Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence. You are native in Dutch.
Nice to Haves: Experience working within the public sector or government organizations. Proven track record in stakeholder management and coordination.
