Omschrijving
For a multinational manufacturing environment we are looking for a commercially astute, forward-thinking Senior Business Controller to drive financial performance and support decision-making at leadership level. This is a backfill position (the previous incumbent has left) and requires someone who can step in, take ownership and pull the team forward—hands-on, decisive, and comfortable dealing with resistance. The role operates in an international set-up with alignment towards the US (incl. key stakeholder management).
Key responsibilities include ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles, delivering timely financial analysis, driving margin and cost control, serving as a strategic business partner, leading reporting and governance, and providing team leadership and coaching. The 'What you bring' section lists 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Controller or Finance Leader, a strong finance foundation in Accounting/Business Processes, experience in transformation environments, SAP S/4HANA experience (must), strong stakeholder management skills, and fluent English (Dutch is a plus).
