Senior Business Developer/Business Analyst voor A2Z-CM, hybride Amsterdam, 36 uur per week, start 31 augustus 2026, looptijd tot 1 maart 2027, verlenging mogelijk. Opdrachtcontext: Digital Channels Enabling is verantwoordelijk voor identificatie- en authenticatiecapaciteiten binnen de digitale kanalen (App en Web). Gezocht wordt een senior business developer die zelfstandig een complex stakeholderlandschap kan navigeren en eigenaarschap neemt voor het opleveren van kwalitatief goede requirements. Kandidaten moeten ervaring hebben met Google Analytics en tagging voor de app-gerichte focus. Activiteiten: analyseren en vertalen van businessbehoeften naar duidelijke requirements, uitvoeren van diepgaande analyses van customer journeys, processen, risico's en afhankelijkheden, definiëren van requirements en acceptatiecriteria, afstemming met interne stakeholders waaronder CISO, uitdagen van aannames, ondersteunen van agile ceremonies en waarborgen van documentatie. Gewenste opleiding: bachelor of master, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, informatiemanagement, IT of digitale innovatie. Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in business development, business analyse of productontwikkeling in een digitale omgeving. Certificeringen in Agile/Scrum, Business Analyse of Productontwikkeling zijn een plus. Kennis van digitale kanalen en customer journeys, identificatie, authenticatie en digitale ondertekening (plus), Agile/Scrum, requirements engineering, klantervaring, security, risico, compliance en privacy, stakeholdermanagement en werken in multidisciplinaire teams. Vaardigheden: business analyse, vertalen van businessbehoeften naar functionele requirements, stakeholdermanagement, communicatie, analytisch denken, backlog refinement, documentatie, workshops faciliteren, zelfstandig werken.
