ABN AMRO is looking for a senior Business Developer Secure AI Learning who can translate emerging AI-related threat, technology developments and regulatory requirements into strategic awareness, education and culture initiatives that strengthen the resilience of our employees, organisation and customers against AI-enabled threats. We are looking for an experienced business developer who combines expertise in learning and development with a solid understanding of the technical side of cybersecurity.

In this role, you will help strengthen our organisation’s cyber resilience by analysing capability gaps, identifying role- and risk-based learning needs, developing persona driven approaches and translating threat intelligence, regulatory developments and organisational priorities into effective awareness, education and culture initiatives. With the following results (SMART): learning and awareness initiatives are based on validated capability assessments, learning needs analyses and gap analyses for relevant internal and external target audiences; risk-based and persona driven learning & awareness interventions are successfully implemented (or in progress), ensuring targeted audiences and technical users strengthen their resilience against AI-enabled cyber threats; stakeholders receive clear, actionable advice on the most effective intervention, distinguishing between learning, awareness, process and technical solutions; the effectiveness of learning and awareness initiatives can be demonstrated through measurable improvements in cybersecurity capabilities, behaviours and outcome-based reporting.

Within this role you: conduct learning needs analyses, stakeholder analysis and cybersecurity capability assessments; perform gap analyses to identify knowledge, skill, and behavioural gaps across different internal and external target audiences; develop evidence-based, risk-based learning strategies and interventions aligned with organizational objectives; design persona driven learning solutions tailored to different learner personas and audience segments; collaborate with cybersecurity experts, HR Learning & Development, risk teams, leadership, and business stakeholders to define learning requirements; drive learning-related initiatives from analysis and design through implementation and evaluation; measure and report on learning effectiveness, behavioural change and business impact; translate complex cybersecurity concepts into engaging, actionable and accessible learning approaches; advise stakeholders on the most appropriate intervention, distinguishing between learning, process, and technical remediation needs.

Requirements: University degree in Information Security, Learning & Development, Educational Sciences, Organizational Psychology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; proven experience in learning analysis, capability assessments, stakeholder analysis and gap analyses; strong understanding of cybersecurity, AI-enabled threats, risks, and controls within enterprise IT environments; experience leading cross-functional initiatives/projects involving multiple stakeholders; excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills; ability to translate technical content into clear business, risk and learning outcomes.
