Senior Business Process Analyst – CrewHR (Data & Architecture)

We are looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to support the CrewHR component within KLM’s multi-year CrewHorizon programme. You will bridge Business, Data, Architecture and IT by translating business needs into functional and architectural requirements. You will guide junior analysts and SMEs, challenge architectural decisions and facilitate alignment across stakeholders, from operational teams to senior management.

Responsibilities: Translate business needs into functional requirements and architectural concepts; guide and coach junior BPAs and SMEs; bridge Business, Data, Architecture and IT stakeholders; facilitate workshops and support decision-making at different organisational levels; explain and challenge architectural principles, data layering and bounded contexts; analyse current-state processes and data flows and define target-state solutions; perform gap and impact analyses, including data ownership, mastership and lineage; analyse dependencies across legacy systems such as iCrew, NetLine and CTDOC; identify knowledge gaps and organise training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements: Extensive experience as a Senior Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst or Information Analyst; strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling and data flows; experience with functional analysis, requirements engineering and gap analysis; understanding of enterprise architecture and system integrations; excellent communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear business language; experience coaching colleagues and influencing senior stakeholders; fluent in Dutch and English; candidates with basic Dutch and strong English may also be considered.

Practical Information: Location: Schiphol area; On-site: Preferably 3 days per week; Programme: CrewHorizon. Screening is part of the application procedure.
