Senior CAPEX Construction Project Manager

Role Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior CAPEX Construction Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of industrial CAPEX projects. You will be responsible for coordinating contractors, managing site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities: Lead on-site construction activities in line with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and project requirements. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to achieve project milestones. Oversee site logistics, permits, inspections, and daily construction activities. Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve on-site issues.

Support mechanical completion, commissioning, and project handover. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5–10 years of experience managing industrial construction/CAPEX projects. Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industrial environments is preferred. Proven experience managing contractors and construction sites. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and project controls. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
