Omschrijving
The Senior Construction Engineer is responsible for coordinating all construction activities in project / onsite, facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders, ensuring they are carried out in compliance with the project HSSE, Quality and schedule requirements. Responsibilities include conducting the constructability review and providing input to Engineering, overseeing advanced technical evaluations, risk assessments, and feasibility studies, providing guidance and advanced technical expertise on construction techniques, addressing operational challenges, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions, coordinating the interface and priorities between disciplines, and providing guidance and mentorship to the project construction team. Education: at least a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field with strong knowledge of construction principles and processes, and HSSE regulations. Experience: at least 8 years extensive experience in construction with proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments, combined with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Functional Competencies: FPSO Hull, Turret Mooring System, FPSO Topsides, Construction and commissioning, HSSE Quality Regulatory and Process Safety Leadership, Risk Management & Planning.
