Senior Consultant Agentic AI

Credendo wants to further develop how IT projects are prepared, governed and delivered by structurally integrating Agentic AI into application delivery and project management. The consultant will define and validate an Agentic AI-enabled delivery approach that fits the existing PRINCE2 Agile methodology and supports the full software delivery lifecycle. The consultant will work closely with business, project management, architecture, development, testing, security and operations stakeholders, and translate the target model into practical processes, controls, templates, tooling requirements and pilot use cases.

Key responsibilities include defining the target operating model for Agentic AI within IT project and application delivery; identifying which activities can be supported by AI agents and which responsibilities must remain human, including human-in-the-loop controls, agent ownership, segregation of duties, access rights, auditability and escalation; integrating the operating model into PRINCE2 Agile governance; defining how AI agents can support requirements, epics and user stories; designing a controlled Agentic AI-enabled delivery flow; translating the model into requirements for the existing toolchain, including Azure DevOps and ServiceNow; and supporting pilots or proofs of concept.

Expected deliverables include an Agentic AI target operating model and governance principles, roles and responsibilities (RACI), agent catalogue and human-in-the-loop control model, mapping to PRINCE2 Agile, an end-to-end Agentic AI-enabled process, Definition of Ready/Done, quality and security control framework, traceability model and integration requirements, and a pilot approach. Required skills include senior-level experience in IT governance, project delivery and Agile software delivery; strong practical knowledge of PRINCE2 and/or PRINCE2 Agile; good knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop governance; experience designing operating models; good understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, release management and DevOps; strong stakeholder management; knowledge of Azure Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, ADRs, APIs and integration architecture; and experience with AI-assisted software engineering, multi-agent orchestration, LLM governance or observability.

Working conditions: senior consultancy assignment with close collaboration across business and IT functions; hybrid working model combining remote work with on-site presence in Brussels as required. Start date, duration and level of engagement to be agreed based on availability and project planning. Indicative daily rate €1,180 – 1,190/day.
