Eisen

Omschrijving
This is a freelance mission for our client. We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate IT Recruiter to strengthen the recruitment team focused on Data, AI and Development profiles. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle and requires strong hands-on sourcing capabilities for scarce IT talent. Tasks include conducting intake meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders, translating hiring needs into concrete recruitment actions, actively sourcing and approaching scarce IT profiles mainly through LinkedIn Recruiter, building and maintaining talent pools and candidate communities, managing candidates from first contact through offer stage, advising hiring managers on the IT talent market and recruitment strategy, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, HR and recruitment teams, and contributing to employer branding and recruitment initiatives. The technical environment includes LinkedIn Recruiter, IT Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Recruitment, ATS, SuccessFactors, Phenom, Talent Pooling, and Employer Branding. The required profile is a minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in a corporate or agency environment, including at least 3 years of proven experience sourcing scarce IT profiles. Strong experience advising hiring managers and stakeholders is required. Language: Dutch C1 minimum. Location: 3 days onsite in Utrecht on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and 2 days remote. Working hours: 40 hours per week. Contract duration is 4 months.
