A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs a Senior Data Analyst on AML and KYC data for its Data Services team. You use deep Financial Security domain knowledge to drive data-centric solutions — from ideation and requirements through delivery, testing and reporting — so business and IT stay aligned on KYC, AML and related controls.

Responsibilities: Drive data-centric solutions using deep KYC, AML and Financial Security knowledge; run business analysis from ideation through delivery, including business cases and continuous improvement; map existing data flows, roles and usage; identify data issues and define target solutions; collaborate with product owners, architects and SMEs to validate requirements and keep traceability; translate business needs into test conditions and support solution validation; facilitate delivery through testing, change management and report/dashboard creation; act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Business experience: Deep hands-on expertise in AML, KYC and broader Financial Security data domains (≥4 years, Mandatory); Strong stakeholder management and bridging business and IT (Mandatory); Proven project management and requirements management (Mandatory); Good understanding of workflow processes (Mandatory); Banking activities, customer data and compliance (Preferable); Creating and maintaining Agile roadmaps and prioritising backlogs (Preferable).
