Experis is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a leading client in the industry, based in Charlotte, NC. In this contract role, you will be part of the Data Management team supporting various business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for data use cases, designing and architecting scalable data models and data element relationships with a focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy, identifying and writing requirements for data source integrity monitoring, supporting database enhancement requests and contributing to logical data design solutions, and participating in data management documentation including data lineage, data sharing agreements, and other metadata management activities. Required: 4+ years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or related fields; proficiency in MSSQL (ability to write, read, and optimize queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis); experience with data cleansing, validation, and transformation logic using tools like Alteryx and SSMS; knowledge of metadata management and data governance practices; and strong documentation skills to define clear data sourcing and transform logic requirements.
