Rivant is recruiting a Senior Digital Business Analyst for Professional Loans at a major Belgian bank in Brussels. The role focuses on digital channels for corporate-banking customers, covering customer and employee journeys for professional loans — from credit acquisition through transactional and reporting needs. You will combine business analysis, product discovery and data-driven decisions to keep digital initiatives aligned with strategy, customer value and user experience.
Responsibilities include: gathering requirements and running discovery to turn customer needs, business objectives and pain points into clear opportunities; owning stakeholder engagement for projects in scope; recommending feasible solutions balancing customer value, business impact, cost and delivery constraints; supporting testing, preparing change-management materials and closing incidents with functional analysts and developers; aligning digital solutions with channel, marketing/product and process counterparts; and leading product-discovery and analysis studies (journeys, MVP, mock-ups, business cases) for management and product boards.
Business experience requirements: Digital transformation projects in a consulting or client-facing setting (Senior, Mandatory), Managing digital projects from planning through close (Mandatory), Facilitate workshops and run productive meetings (Mandatory), Financial services and professional loans in an enterprise context (Preferable).
Functional experience: Product discovery (journeys, opportunity assessment, MVP, mock-ups and decision material for management) (Senior, Mandatory), Translate business needs into detailed specifications for IT in an agile, user-centric way (Mandatory), Support testing, change-management materials and incident closure with analysts and developers (Mandatory).
