Senior Electrical Engineer – Productieapparatuur

Als Senior Electrical Engineer ben je dé elektrotechnische specialist voor productieapparatuur en ondersteun je installaties gedurende de volledige levenscyclus. Je combineert hands-on troubleshooting met engineering, modificaties, elektrische veiligheid en de implementatie van nieuwe apparatuur.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

- Fungeren als elektrotechnisch expert voor productieapparatuur en engineeringprojecten.

- Optreden als Installation Responsible Person (IV) voor het toegewezen productiegebied.

- Ondersteunen van modificaties en introductie van nieuwe productieapparatuur.

- Bieden van tweedelijns ondersteuning bij complexe elektrische storingen.

- Beoordelen van elektrische aspecten van modificaties, onderhoud en kwalificaties.

- Zorgen voor naleving van NEN 3140, NEN-EN-IEC 60204-1, Arbobesluit en overige regelgeving.

- Coördineren van elektrische veiligheidsinspecties en opvolgen van bevindingen.

- Beoordelen van elektrische veiligheidsaanstellingen en relevante bevoegdheden.

- Opstellen van technische evaluaties, testprotocollen en assessmentrapporten.

- Samenwerken met Engineering, Automation, Validation, QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain en externe leveranciers.

Vereisten

- HBO- of WO-opleiding Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting.

- Minimaal 7 jaar relevante werkervaring, waarvan 5+ jaar binnen een productieomgeving.

- Aantoonbare ervaring als aangestelde Installation Responsible Person (IV) onder NEN 3140 — must-have.

- Sterke praktische kennis van NEN 3140, NEN-EN-IEC 60204-1 en Nederlandse elektrotechnische veiligheidsregelgeving.

- Sterke elektrotechnische kennis en ervaring met analytische troubleshooting.

- Ervaring met productieapparatuur en lifecycle management.

- Ervaring binnen een gereguleerde omgeving, zoals GMP, is een pré.

- Ervaring met CAPEX- of projectomgevingen is een pré.

- Bereid om incidenteel buiten reguliere werktijden te werken.

- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; native-level Nederlands heeft sterk de voorkeur.
