Senior Finance Specialist - Cost/ Fee Accounting & Reporting

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller with experience in the Banking industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of operational fees and costs and will play a key role in financial accounting and reporting processes. This position also serves as a senior business partner to both local and global stakeholders, helping to ensure financial integrity while supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting: record receivables and payables in Oracle Cloud, ensuring accuracy of accounting parameters such as cost centres, projects, and other relevant dimensions; ensure correct VAT treatment in Oracle; process monthly accruals and manage the specification and closure of the books in line with group principles.

Reporting: perform monthly closing activities and complete full reconciliation of ledgers; produce detailed management reports and audit packs; explain financial movements and provide high-level variance analysis; proactively support compliance with group principles, permanent control requirements, and local audit requirements.

Cash Management: take ownership of the accounts payable process and cash management activities; process payments and bank statements; monitor outstanding receivables and payables; perform intercompany reconciliations.

Collaboration: support financial managers and both internal and external stakeholders in a proactive and independent manner; help ensure the financial integrity of the entity while identifying and driving improvements in operational efficiency.

Your Profile: We are looking for a finance professional with strong expertise in accounting, reporting, and control. The ideal candidate will bring: 6 to 9+ years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles and banking industry experience; strong skills in Financial Accounting, Reporting, and Control; proven experience working with Oracle; proficiency in Oracle Cloud is highly desirable; fluency in English; a high level of accuracy, ownership, and stakeholder management capability.
