Senior Financial Controller –Planning, Reporting & Projects

The company is a global leading international dairy company with a cooperative heritage spanning over 150 years. The company processes milk into a diverse range of dairy products and ingredients, offering consumers high-quality options such as milk, yogurt, condensed milk, dairy-based beverages, cheese, butter, quark, and cream.

Role description: We are looking for an Interim Global Category Procurement Lead (Dairy Ingredients) to join a high performing procurement team and take ownership of sourcing and supplier management for key dairy ingredient categories. This role will focus on keeping procurement activities running smoothly, securing volumes, managing contracts, and ensuring strong stakeholder alignment across international teams.

Responsibilities: Lead and execute global sourcing activities and tenders for dairy ingredient categories within scope. Implement category strategies that align business needs with supply market capabilities, driving long-term value. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including Supplier Performance Management and ongoing improvements. Create transparency in cost structures and commodity movements, including impact analyses for internal stakeholders.

Secure supply continuity through strong contracting, follow-up on delivery issues, and contingency planning where needed.

Requirements: Proven experience in a similar procurement/category role, ideally within Food/FMCG or a comparable ingredients/commodities environment. Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and sourcing in an international setting. Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to work independently and become effective quickly. Commercially focused, results-driven, and comfortable working with cost/commodity analysis.
