Senior Functional Analyst – BPMN & Agile

Our client, a prominent organization in the public healthcare sector, is looking for a professional to analyze and map business processes. This role focuses on defining current and future states through stakeholder collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of project goals.

Responsibilities: Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and map business process requirements. Produce detailed documentation defining business processes for direct use by implementation teams. Ensure that technical solutions accurately reflect the requirements agreed upon with business stakeholders. Translate abstract concepts and general reasoning into practical, actionable business solutions. Analyze information critically and evaluate the cross-functional impact of decisions across different departments.

Requirements: 8+ years of experience in functional analysis using BPMN and UML for business process modeling. Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including defining User Stories and Use Cases. Proven track record in Testing and quality assurance to validate business solutions. Advanced skills in Storytelling to conceptualize and communicate complex requirements. Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to lead workshops and stakeholder meetings.

Analytical mindset with a focus on conceptual thinking and cross-functional understanding. You are fluent in Dutch and French with passive knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves: Experience within a public sector or healthcare environment.

Duration: 2 months.

Work regime: Full-time.

Location: Brussels.

Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite).
