A leading international organization specializing in cutting-edge innovation in healthcare and consumer technology is seeking a highly experienced Senior Innovation Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-business innovation initiatives. The company provides advanced solutions across medical devices, digital health, and consumer products, operating globally and committed to improving lives through breakthrough innovations. The role involves managing complex projects spanning hardware, software, AI, regulatory, and supply chain domains. The successful candidate will drive innovative, AI-enabled medical and consumer health solutions from concept through to market launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include leading large, multi-business innovation programs, transforming customer and clinical insights into solutions, overseeing the entire innovation lifecycle, maximizing value across multiple Philips businesses, managing program scope, budget, schedule, quality and risks, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, facilitating program governance, integrating AI/ML technologies, ensuring cybersecurity and data governance, building external relationships, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Requirements include a Master's degree in engineering, technology, biomedical, systems engineering or related field, over 10 years of experience leading complex innovation programs, proven track record in bringing medical devices or digital/AI products to market, experience with AI/ML-driven products, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Project management certifications such as PMP, IPMA, SAFe are highly preferred. The assignment is temporary, located in Eindhoven, Netherlands, with a start date of 28 July 2026.
