I’m currently supporting a client in the finance sector in Brussels that is looking for a Freelance Senior IT Transformation & Operations Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives and operational improvement programmes. This role requires someone who can: Lead business and IT transformation projects from initiation through delivery; Work closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams; Perform analysis and translate business needs into practical technology solutions; Manage vendors, contracts, budgets, timelines, and risks; Support IT governance, security, service management, and operational excellence initiatives.
