Omschrijving
Context for this Freelance mission: For one of our clients, we are looking for a medior/senior Lansa Engineer to reinforce a managed service team. The role focuses on maintaining and modernizing legacy applications within an IBM environment. Missions: Develop and maintain applications using Lansa; Work within IBM AS/400, iSeries and Mainframe environments; Support legacy application modernization and migration initiatives; Work with SQL-based applications and databases; Contribute to DevOps ways of working and continuous improvement; Support optimization initiatives, including AI-assisted development where relevant; Collaborate with technical teams in a managed service environment. Technical environment: Lansa, IBM AS/400, iSeries, Mainframe, COBOL, SQL, DevOps, Legacy Systems, GitHub Copilot. Required profile: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with strong hands-on Lansa knowledge. Experience with IBM AS/400/iSeries/Mainframe environments, legacy development and SQL is required. Banking or financial services experience is a plus. Location: 2–3 days onsite in Utrecht/Diepen, Netherlands & the remaining days remote. Contract duration: 1 jaar 8 maanden 10 dagen.
