Eisen
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field, or a comparable combination of education and experience
- Troubleshooting experience, especially in regulated environments (GMP, OSHA, EPA)
- Strong expertise in mechatronics
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work outside regular hours occasionally
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in an operations or manufacturing environment
- Experience in project management, preferably with CAPEX projects

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechatronics Engineer to join our client’s engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying new systems, upgrading existing machinery, and supporting maintenance activities within advanced labeling and packaging lines.
This role requires technical expertise in mechatronics and project management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to deploy new products, systems, and equipment in modern labelling and packaging lines. Lead projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely, high-quality implementation with a focus on asset lifecycle management. Act as the mechatronics expert for maintenance, engineering, and project teams. Provide second-line technical support to shopfloor technicians for complex mechatronics issues. Investigate and troubleshoot complex process or equipment problems, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
Independently plan and execute maintenance and engineering tasks related to assigned projects. Develop test protocols, perform technical evaluations, and prepare technical assessment reports. Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors, including Equipment Engineering, Automation, Digital, Validation, QA, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Requirements: Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field, or a comparable combination of education and experience. Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in an operations or manufacturing environment. Strong expertise in mechatronics. Experience in project management, preferably with CAPEX projects. Troubleshooting experience, especially in regulated environments (GMP, OSHA, EPA).
