Profiel van de geschikte interim professional: HBO level of education; at least 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations; proven track record working with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or comparable platforms; solid understanding of MRP systems and production processes; excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; background in process optimization and change management; fluent command of Dutch and English; Lean Green Belt or APICS CPIM certification is an advantage.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden: Develop and monitor production plans for the short, medium, and long term; Align production capacity, material availability, and customer demand; Enhance delivery performance, service levels, and manufacturing effectiveness; Identify risks and bottlenecks and take corrective action proactively; Act as the main contact for ERP and MRP related activities; Fine-tune ERP system settings, master data, and planning parameters; Oversee safety stock levels, order quantities, lead times, and capacity configurations; Drive ERP and system enhancement projects, including upgrades and new rollouts; Coach and assist users in production, supply chain, and operations departments; Run technical projects while ensuring adherence to safety and environmental requirements; Examine supply chain and production figures to spot areas for improvement; Lead initiatives to boost predictability, efficiency, and inventory management; Work together with cross-functional departments to resolve bottlenecks and streamline processes; Prepare reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
