Eisen
- 4+ years of experience managing ITSM projects

Omschrijving
Our client, a leading public organization dedicated to energy and climate policy, is seeking a seasoned professional to guide their platform and data transformation initiatives. The role involves streamlining operational processes, modernizing legacy application environments, and facilitating the transition toward Agile methodologies. Responsibilities include leading high-impact infrastructure and software development projects from initiation to closure, managing complex data transformation programs and the modernization of legacy applications, implementing and monitoring project management techniques including risk and issue management, guiding organizational change management, coordinating with shared service providers, fostering Agile working practices, and reporting on project health to senior stakeholders.
Requirements: You have 8+ years of experience as a project lead in infrastructure or software development projects, 8+ years of expertise in project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBok, 5+ years of experience in Change Management, 4+ years of experience managing ITSM projects, 4+ years of experience managing SIEM projects, and are fluent in Dutch at a level of C2.
Nice to haves: experience within a public sector or governmental environment, Azure cloud environments, coaching other Project Managers, knowledge of ITIL frameworks, and proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Offer: Start date 07/09/2026, duration 4 months (until 31/12/2026), location Brussels, contract open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
