Senior Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA & EWM Integration

Our client, a prominent organization in the transport and mobility sector, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of a large-scale SAP implementation program. This role focuses on the successful deployment of supply chain modules and complex system integrations during a transition to modern ERP environments.

Responsibilities: Lead project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards. Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and external implementation partners. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budget proposals, and risk mitigation strategies. Steer the functional solution design towards clean core principles and efficient system integration.

Coordinate closely with internal IT teams and system integrators to manage the transition from legacy systems to the new platform. Utilize PMO tools to maintain clear documentation and provide regular reporting to senior management. Facilitate effective communication between business departments and technical delivery teams.

Requirements: 8+ years of experience in project management specifically within the SAP domain. 8+ years of experience leading SAP Supply Chain and warehousing projects. Proven expertise in system integration between SAP ECC and S/4HANA EWM on a functional level. Extensive experience having completed at least 2 full life cycle SAP SCM implementations. Deep understanding of IT management methodologies such as ITIL or IT4IT. Proficiency in the Microsoft O365 suite including SharePoint and Teams.

Strong ability to steer, influence, and cooperate with diverse business and technical stakeholders. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You are fluent in Dutch or French at a C1 level with at least B2 level proficiency in English and the other national language.

Nice to Haves: Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Stockroom Management. Experience with integration between SAP PM, PP, and PS modules. Experience with SAP mobile device implementations in warehouse environments or Kardex tower integrations. Experience managing projects using Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of change management via ADKAR or SAP Activate methodologies.

Duration: Until 30/06/2029.

Work regime: Full-time.

Location: Brussels.

Working model: Hybrid (onsite presence required up to 5 days per week depending on project needs).
