Volledige omschrijving
Senior engineering role responsible for designing, integrating and maintaining complex DCIS solutions, with technical ownership of assigned operational Nodes throughout their lifecycle.
Main duties include: translating operational and project requirements into implementable solutions and system architectures; applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), reusing approved modules, services, architectures and engineering patterns, and identifying gaps; performing technical trade-off analyses covering performance, interoperability, security, resilience, deployability, maintainability, cost and schedule; owning the architecture, configuration, interfaces and technical evolution of assigned operational Nodes; assessing changes, security updates, obsolescence and technology refreshes for their impact on the complete system; maintaining Node roadmaps, managing technical debt and lifecycle risks, and keeping design, build and operational baselines consistent; integrating contributions across networking, communications, infrastructure, cloud, storage, cybersecurity, identity and automation; leading technical coordination across multidisciplinary teams, resolving conflicting requirements and design decisions, and supporting operational problem resolution.
