Senior Supplier Contract Specialist – SIAM & Vendor Governance

Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is seeking a specialist to support the professionalization of supplier and contract management within a SIAM framework. The role focuses on translating service management needs into contractual agreements while ensuring a seamless connection between governance and operational service delivery.

Responsibilities: monitor and follow up on contractual agreements with involved service providers; ensure service management agreements are accurately translated into operational follow-ups; support the implementation of standardized service management clauses in new or modified contracts; identify contractual risks, gaps, or ambiguities that impact service delivery performance; prepare and facilitate supplier reviews and performance follow-up sessions; contribute to the development of uniform and professionally organized supplier governance; support the alignment between service delivery, governance, and contractual obligations.

Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Supplier Management and Contract Follow-up; 5+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management and Vendor Governance; 5+ years of experience working with Service Management Clauses and standards; 3+ years of experience with SIAM methodologies and SLA/KPI Governance; experienced in Risico-identificatie within contract execution; affinity for Public Procurement or government contexts; fluent in Dutch, French, and English with active knowledge of all three.

Nice to Haves: experience with large-scale organizational transformations; knowledge of specific public sector administrative standards.
