Omschrijving
We are an international healthcare manufacturing organization operating within a highly regulated GMP environment. Using advanced automation and strong quality standards, we ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production processes supporting patients worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Technical Operator – Automated Lines to support automated production operations within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. In this role, you will act as a technical expert on the production floor, ensuring stable and efficient production processes while supporting troubleshooting, process improvements, and operational excellence across automated manufacturing lines.
You will work closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to maintain high production and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include operating and monitoring automated production equipment, performing line set-ups, changeovers, cleaning and line clearances, executing advanced troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA / 5-Why), acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical escalations, performing minor equipment adjustments and first-line maintenance, monitoring and documenting production data in SAP/MES, supporting deviation handling and technical investigations, driving Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives, coaching operators, and ensuring GMP, safety and quality compliance.
Requirements include MBO+ or equivalent technical education, experience in automated manufacturing or production, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, experience in GMP or other regulated environments, familiarity with SAP and/or MES, knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement, experience as SME, senior operator, trainer or technical lead is an advantage, strong communication and coordination skills, good English skills (Dutch a plus), and willingness to work in shifts.
This role currently operates in a 3-shift rotation and will transition to a 5-shift schedule from 2027 onwards. Opportunity to work in a highly automated and technically advanced manufacturing environment.
