Omschrijving
The Service Integration & Knowledge Management Coordinator role is offered by Pauwels Consulting for a client, a prominent organization in the public sector. The role focuses on improving ICT service delivery by monitoring service provider performance, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless knowledge sharing across a multi-vendor ecosystem.
Responsibilities include: coordinating and integrating ICT services delivered by multiple specialized providers to ensure a unified user experience; monitoring and validating performance data from service suppliers; developing and optimizing business processes (BPM); facilitating stakeholder management and overseeing project management facets including planning, timing, and cost estimation; establishing end-to-end reporting frameworks and tracking KPIs; and maintaining the Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS).
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in general business operations within an ICT environment; 3+ years of experience in data analysis; 2+ years of experience with reporting and KPIs; experience with BPM development and optimization; a proven track record in Project Management including planning, estimations, and cost coordination; experience with incident analysis and SKMS; knowledge of BI or Datawarehouse environments; a concrete case study of setting up end-to-end reporting in a multi-vendor environment; a proactive and hands-on mentality regarding knowledge maintenance; fluency in Dutch at C2 level.
Nice to haves include experience in a government or public sector context and practical experience in supporting service providers with knowledge sharing and maintenance.
Offer: start date 21/09/2026, duration 10 months until 15/07/2027, full-time, location Brussels, hybrid working model, contract open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
